Xavier Pietri

Environment, Renewables Energies, B2B, B2G & New Technologies

Xavier is a leading executive who possess strong international skills in Environment and Climate markets.

Based in Toronto he held the position of CEO of Dalkia Canada and Veolia Energy North America Director for the last 11 years. Under his leadership Dalkia has been successfully positioned on major Infra & Renewables Energies P3 projects and became a leading company in district heating  and in biomass fueled power sectors.

He also served as CEO Asia Pacific for Veolia Environmental Services from 1996 to 2004 expanding and implementing the group development strategy in more than 16 countries including China, India, South Korea, Australia etc.

Today he offers to Infranext Capital customers a unique set of business skills from international expansion and positioning, external growth and major project development and financing.

With a ” Roll up your sleeves and get the job done” spirit, Xavier affectionate energy efficiency, green & clean tech, urban tech projects and international business development. Value oriented he exercises an impeccable business sense and meticulous rigor to project management and performances.

Tireless globe trotter and father of three daughters he used to live and work in South Pacific, Singapore, Shanghai and Toronto. He spends now his time between North America and Europe servicing Infranext Capital customers.

Solange Strom

Retail & Consumer Goods & Services (CGS), B2B, B2C, Health

A solutions oriented visionary and a driver of growth, she originally developed her extensive experience in strategic development, brand strategy and leadership first through a number of positions held with Boiron Pharmaceuticals.

She then served as chief executive officer for L’Occitane Canada from 1998 to 2009, establishing, growing and expanding all retail and wholesale operations and leading the company’s early adoption of an omni channel retail approach.

More recently, Ms Strom was living in New York where she held the position of CEO USA & Canada for Repetto Paris, developing and implementing their North American strategy.

Currently based in Toronto, she is fully focused on assisting the Infranext Capital clients in their expansion plans in Canada and the US.

Ms Strom is a dual French and Canadian citizen, a French trade advisor, a former president of the Toronto French Chamber of Commerce and a Finance and Investment Advisor under the Orias/ AMF agreement.

She is a recipient of the French Ordre National du Merite and holds an MBA from McGill University.

Paul Boucher

Infrastructures, B2G & Capital Sourcing

Paul leads the infrastructure advisory group  focussed primarily on the transportation and social sectors within the North American market. Paul was a Senior Investment Director with Meridiam since January 2009, where he was actively involved in numerous submissions in the Quebec, Ontario, Florida and California markets; namely as Project Director for the Port of Miami Tunnel project, which was awarded the 2009 Global infrastructure Deal of the Year, as well as the Long Beach Courthouse which received the 2010 NA PPP infrastructure Deal of the Year, by Project Finance Magazine.  Paul was the head of the infrastructure team at Babcock & Brown in Toronto, and the co-head of Infrastructure Capital, Americas at ABN AMRO. Over the last 20 years Paul has been involved in the development of the infrastructure market in North America working on various types of projects in the electricity, water, waste water, transportation, timber and social sector. Paul has bid on several Canadian PPP projects, advised several various infrastructure and pension funds on funding and asset acquisitions, as well as advised European financial institutions and contractors on the North American marketplace. Paul holds a degree in engineering from Queen’s University and a MBA from University of Western Ontario.
